Jeffrey D. Lowe

Jeff is the Managing Member of MiMo Capital (MiMo).  Prior to founding MiMo, Jeff was a private equity and commercial finance lawyer at AmLaw 100 law firms Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and King & Spalding LLP.  Jeff’s experience includes serving as counsel for large and middle-market private equity funds in connection with leveraged buyout transactions, mergers and venture capital/growth investments as well as representing financial institutions, funds and sponsors in leveraged finance transactions.  Jeff completed his undergraduate and law school degrees at Syracuse University and is admitted to practice law in New York, Florida and Georgia.
